mika:timing event staff consist of a large pool of experienced assistants – making the mika:team flexible and allowing them to be deployed in various areas. The event service includes support for e.g. responding to questions at the help desk, recording late and changed registrations, starter package pickup and late registration cash collection. Where necessary, our staff will also perform supervisory functions. Collaboration between your own event staff and our event service always runs hand in hand in the spirit of partnership. Our mika:team can either assist you or assume responsibility for the entire event service – as you wish.
mika:timing will provide you with the hardware you require for your event together with more complex hardware structures such as for LIVE bib number printing, LIVE chip allocation or a SPORTSpro late registration terminal including registration confirmation printing.
mika:timing plans and sets up the hardware infrastructure to match the individual needs of your event. Our IT specialists will develop the layout of the infrastructure in the run-up to the event using plans of the event site.
