    Participant communications requirements are particularly high shortly before a competition, when your time is very much at a premium. We will be happy to assume responsibility for the entire process of registration management. We will be available to provide help and advice to the athletes by telephone and e-mail and, where necessary, will set up dedicated telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. The mika:team will be available to participants with the same contact people for the entire registration period. This ensures that participants are given reliable, fast and competent assistance. For example, we will perform changes such as participant cancellations, reservation amendments and ranking changes. Participants develop close ties to the event thanks to this personal communication.

    Besides online registration we can, on request, also continue to offer the service of processing paper registrations and input these into the database. For this purpose, mika:timing's address and fax number can be printed on the registration forms beforehand, ensuring that paper registrations reach us and are processed by the fastest means possible.

    With us, the event organiser can choose between various methods of payment and link these individually, for example, with place of residence or with the individual competitions. For example, organisers can offer SEPA as a general method of payment but at the same time restrict the payment method for foreign participants to credit card settlement. This results in a large number of possible combinations of payment methods.

    Your trust is our most valuable asset. This is why we attach great importance to transparency in the whole process of payments handling. All entry fees received are administered in a bank account set up especially for the event and transferred to the organiser at a rate that he specifies. You will also receive monthly summary statements of revenue and a final closing statement after successful conclusion of the event.
